A Gold Coast Holiday Spectacular: Celebrating the Musical Richness of Our Golden State

An extra long title for an extra special concert! This year, our December concert will shine a spotlight on local composers within our Ventura County and Southern California communities who have graced us with beautiful compositions and creative arrangements. As we celebrate our 35th anniversary of singing a diverse range of choral music, we acknowledge the many talented individuals who have shared their music with us. So, this season, come enjoy the beautiful carols and fun holiday cheer you have come to expect from Gold Coast Chorus with a distinctly local twist!

Gold Coasting into Summer: Our 35ish Celebration

What makes living here so special? Is it the beach, the weather, the people? We say all three, and so much more! In honor of our 35th year, we are celebrating what makes living in Ventura County special with popular songs that highlight local people, pastimes, and places. From the Beach Boys and Marvin Gaye to Carole King and Neil Diamond, along with some of our local composers, we’ll sing to the sun, waves, citrus, and surf! With warmer weather just around the corner, we’re Gold Coast-ing into Summer!

Rome Tour

We will be touring Italy and Switzerland from June 25  - July 5,2024. The itinerary includes singing the Verdi Requiem in Rome outside the Papal Basilica of St. Paul’s with a full Italian orchestra, traveling to Florence to perform a concert on our own, and then to Camonix-Monte Blanc in the Alps near the junction of France, Italy and Switzerland to see the Mer de Glacé, the largest glacier in France.  We will even go inside the ice caves! Our final destination will be Geneva, Switzerland.
